1.   How will my order be shipped?

Standard ground shipping is free with a merchandise order of $20 or more. However, as each catalog mailing may vary in terms of shipping methods offered, please review the order form in your catalog for specific instructions regarding shipping methods and pricing.

2.   What is the handling fee?

There is a nominal handling fee included in each order that we process. This amount helps defray a small portion of the expense we incur in expediting your order through our system and carefully hand-packing your merchandise.

3.   Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

If desired, you may ship your entire order to an address other than your billing address. Please place separate orders if shipping to multiple addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4.   Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US Postal Service zip codes only; sorry, no international addresses. We will ship to APOs and FPOs, but shipment to these addresses must be via the US Postal Service.

5.   How long does it take my order to arrive?

Processing typically takes 1 to 3 days, and standard shipping can take from 2 to 3 weeks to arrive from the date of shipment. Therefore, most orders with standard shipping will arrive in 2½-3½ weeks from the date we receive the order.

6.   Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. For those customers who desire faster shipping, we do have several different options. Our telephone operators are available to assist you whenever you prefer to send your order via one of our faster methods such as Faster Shipping, Priority Service, or UPS.

7.   Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. Any package shipped by the US Postal Service—either standard or priority mail—can be delivered to a P.O. Box. However, please note that UPS does not offer this service and therefore requires a street address for delivery.

8.   Will I be charged shipping or handling for exchanges?

No. We will ship the alternate item to you for free.
